The Westfield Condominiums are located near the Ford Ice Center in Bellevue, Nashville, TN. The complex offers one and two-bedroom units with a private balcony. The complex amenities include a swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, and clubhouse. The location is convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment options in Bellevue and Nashville.
The property management company for Westfield Condominiums retained Gaddes Strategic, LLC, to provide parking lot repair, in which a trench was dug in the pavement to fix the main water line that busted, causing residents to be temporarily without water. The project included removing rock, dirt, and damaged asphalt from the trench, excavating the area, filling the trench with nine inches of asphalt binder, and compacting the binder with a vibratory plate compactor. Lastly, added two inches of hot asphalt topping and compacting it with steel drum roller, finishing with cleaning up the work area.

Problem: The main water line busted in Westfield Condominiums. Property Management contracted a plumber to fix the water line. The plumber had to cut through the asphalt to dig a trench to fix the water line. Once the water line was fixed and passed inspection, the asphalt trench in the parking lot needed to be repaired.
Solution: The Gaddes Strategic, LLC crew removed all dirt, gravel, and debris from the trench with a track steer, shovel, and broom. Next, the crew saw-cut and excavated the trench. Then, replaced nine inches of asphalt binder and compacted it with a vibratory roller. Lastly, the crew replaced two inches of asphalt topping, luted, and compacted it with a steel drum roller.
